Spectrum uses very dishonest, deceitful, and immoral business practices!
They snuck on to the back of my property, Doug a trench across my property, and buried a line across my property......
Without ever speaking to me about any of this!
What I called the file a complaint, the woman who took my information said someone would be getting in touch with me and it typically takes between 1-3 hours..... THAT WAS OVER A WEEK AGO!!!!!
They are willing to trespass and destroy company property just to turn a buck.
Extremely shady business practices at the local level!!!!!!

After 2 years my bill jumped up 50 bucks. Went to T-Mobile and got a better deal. 1 tower, 1 cord, waited 7 minutes and it was ready. Ridiculously easy set up. What i had was 2 towers, multiple cords and spotty service. I switched for the convenience and cause my bill went up. Called to disconnect and said all I want to do was disconnect my service. Went on for 15 minutes with the rep trying to sell me on a deal. And I repeatedly said no. I get they work on commissions and are trying to make a sale but when a customer repeatedly says no, it's a no. I won't be going back to them. The prices keep jumping. And I only had them originally cause my apartment qualified for free internet for a little over a year. And I was happy with that. But now it's just gotten ridiculous.

Horribly SLOW. I have been in here for an HOUR just standing waiting in line the same two people have been getting worked on, and it’s 80 degrees in this little room people keep leaving because of how long they have to wait.

I went into the store to return my internet modem after receiving a new one via UPS. The process was very smooth, and very quick. I was also provided a new remote for my DVR as the old one was starting to fail. The staff at this location is very nice and very quick.

After calling to receive a quote to upgrade service I decided to not make any changes. I verified with the consultant that no new charges were going to go through. The next day they withdrew money from my account for 2 new phones. I immediately called to complain, and had to cancel the order and shipment. Now spectrum tells me I cannot get a refund until they get the phones back and inspected. I never received these phones. I never ordered these phones. I am out money until spectrum decides to refund me. The average American doesn't have spare money to let businesses send unwanted products to them, and charge them for it. Spectrum screwed up this order... why am I paying for it?
