I was a 3 year customer and when I went to disconnect my services the representatives then decided they was gonna lower my bill. Like are you serious. I'm getting more internet at over half less the price with frontier. Then they expected me to breach contract with frontier knowing it would cost me over $100. Like what planet are these companies living on to ask someone to breach a contract??!! Very dissatisfied. Maybe they should of been trying to keep me as a customer before I switched. Not waited til after ?

I went to take back my internet box that I had for about 7 years. The person working behind the desk ask me if I had a receipt?? I was like receipt? Why would I have a receipt? I didn't buy it. 7 years ago. All I'm doing is returning it man. Kind of got a little bit rude. I mean I couldn't understand why there's needing a receipt when you punch in the serial code of it and right there it is. I thought that was stupid. Plus I didn't buy it and it was 7 years ago Like I'm going to keep the papers. The inside of the store looks nice..It's the one in Marion. They actually updated it quite a bit. Nice and blue. There's where all the money's going to from the internet system that you got to pay for. It's why it cost so much. Lol

Spectrum does not care about this community. The service is bad. The local store is rude. For years. It doesn't change. It's not going to change.I followed the instructions of the business reply. It was a terrible customer service experience with no resolution.

Your service is awful. I’m so tired of paying so much money for phone, internet and tv for it to not work. Figure out a better system or what you need to do because right now it sucks

A business that I am glad to be thru with. As an elderly person 40.per month is a lot for me for internet alone. NO ONE was willing to attempt to help me get the price down until I decided to close the acct!!

You'd think that if the store has any type of changes in their hours temporary or permanent that they'd update it on here..? came here a couple days ago after filling out an online order, checked to make sure they'd be open and online it said 8 yet at the store it said 6? it's just upsetting because I need the wifi in my new place in order to work on college work!
