Went in today to get a car every thing was going good until I was.not able to get my paystubs on my app so I said . I don't understand this stupid app talking about the one on the phone and said I'll be back in when I get it . Well I got it and went back got told I'm not welcome at his car lot asked why got told I was cussing at him and yelling . When I definitely did not do anything along them lines poor customer service in my opinion

My husband and I went to Todd’s, in a pinch and he was amazing. Honest, up front, and is truly there to help people who are just in a situation. Honestly even if I wasn’t in a situation he’s won my business. Respectful, honest, down to earth, easy to talk to. If you need a car, can’t spend your whole left lung on, right arm and an eye ball for, he is your guy. Todd, thank you for your amazing customer service.

My first vehicle I ever bought. I'd like to say Todd was super nice and helpful. I had my eye on a gold van but I didn't have all the money that day and of course when I went back it was gone. I waited about a week and went back and seen a SUV looking vehicle with a Michael Myers sticker on the back, it was like a calling. There is a few issues with the thing like the gas gage doesn't read but the AC and heater work, cd player works, brakes work. I got my title within 10 days since people seem to cry about that online. I had no issues at all with this place. I'd go back

-10/10 do not recommend. Todd was not upfront about the truth of the info he needed. Was acting dodgy and shady. Lied to us several times. Treated my wife and I as rift raft of the town looking to rip him off with no predications of such assumptions. He kept trying to push out the door the minute I demanded that a vehicle which had animal leavings and urine stains and odor in it, be professionally cleaned and a bad ball joint be replaced, before it was sold to us. Further more, with out being clear he lied to us several times about a credit check. Was not truthful about whether he was doing one or not, and further more, ran my wife’s credit without her signing a formal credit check form, and to make matters worse, did a hard inquiry and has not even bothered to contact us, and has dodged our calls for 3 days. My wife and I were just trying to find a vehicle for her to upgrade to so she give her mom her old car or find one for my mother in law who is 8 months fresh out of a 20+ yr abusive marriage. Todd made this whole experience an abhorrent one when things are already stressful enough for us as it is.

We have hauled cars for Todd for about 14 years. As of August 12, 2024 he has stopped paying his bills. He currently owes us $4950.00. He refuses to answer any of my employees phone calls. We have tried being patient and understanding. However, he has all of our numbers on the block. Not a good way of doing business.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from him and referred my grandson to him. He gets some good cars normanly but buyer beware. As like all the other posts here this man has to much on his plate (and he tells me he has been in car business most of his life)???? He HATES!!! Paper work!!! I purchased in May 10th and am still waiting for memorandum. He informed me that he was selling a dead man's car?? I should have seen the red flag but liked the truck low miles for Jap product.

Been calling, texting, and leaving voicemails for months. Cant get anyone to answer. Bought my van in the spring ita the end of summer and they still haven't sent the paperwork I need to get my tags switched over or to get registration done.

UPDATE: Very great. Really one of the best places to buy a used car in central Ohio. Todd works hard at putting you in a car. Will find you financing if you need it too. Very honest and friendly to a fault. No need to look anywhere else.

My daughter got a car from him he told her it was a good car that they drove it out of town a few time. She only had it for a few days when all the lights came on and the car would stop running when she was driving every time she stoped. She ended up jucking it not even having it for a month.
