Update 7/18: THEY DID IT AGAIN. Whoever is physically delivering mail in Marion is apparently very lazy and doesn't give a shit. No other carrier but USPS has failed to deliver packages here.
3/10: Decided to return a package to the sender because it's apparently easier to just label my address vacant. I've been receiving the previous two tennant's mail for 8 months in addition to my own despite telling the carrier and now they've decided to stop delivering mail entirely? Are you guys just trying to be so bad at this that no one uses USPS for anything?

Absolutely 0 help after they delivered my 800 dollar outboard to the wrong address, keeps assuring me it was delivered to the right address when I just talked to the mail man and he would of been the one to deliver it.

There is no local number to call the postmaster directly. The mail carriers from this branch are horrible. They deliver the wrong mail, tear up your yard, and steal your Menards rebates. If this was an actual biz rather than owned by the gov, it would be out of biz. The USPS is a dying breed and needs overhauled by UPS. I'd give them negative stars if I could.

They deliver the mail but if you have a package that did not go where supposed to go or you didn't write the right address on the package... They lose it. I mean I've got one that's been missing since December 9th and I've put in a request to find it. They still haven't found it yet. I'm rather upset because it's got some nice stuff in the box for my girlfriend but it did not reach her house. I did not put down the apartment number. So it's supposedly been held in Atlanta this whole time and they lost it. How can you lose somebody's package. I'm kind of upset. Yes it was my fault but should you lose somebody's package especially if you're USPS mail.

Efficient, friendly service every time I've ever been there...now if only I could say the same thing about so many of the other patrons in line looking for someone to talk at (not to).

This place is a complete joke EVERY TIME. I get a package in the mail I have to call them and find out where the package is because the person will NOT. bring it with them I mean come on do you're dam job it's not that hard to deliver mail.. If you can't do that then maybe they should look for a different job. My package is already a week late to get delivered and now I have to wait even longer for a package that was a Christmas gift for a really good friend of mine. Do better or get ppl that will do there jobs the right way the first time
