“Always had a good experience until now. Placed an order, got the email saying all was good, to come PU so we headed out. We drove 1 1/2 hours & they said the order was deleted but didn't know why. Had to re-order and wait over an hour, then had to make changes since one item wasn't available. Staff was nice although no answers on the mix up...2 hours waiting in 85 degree weather for 2 vapes was frustrating, hope next visit goes better”
