If I could give a 0 star I totally would. I do not recommend this Verizon store what so ever. The manage “samatha” is a total waste. Does not want to be helpful at all and clearly is not very well at her job. She will just continue to repeat “it’s not Verizon’s fault.” After they sell you phones that haven’t been completely activated, take your money, then tell you they are no longer going to service you. We spent hours and hundreds of dollars of our hard earned money to walk out with a phone that didn’t work and two phones that the person entered in the wrong iCloud information in. I will never return to this Verizon. And will be sure to continue to call to make sure this has been resolved.

Worst place ever Taylor don’t know what she is doing and Samantha the manager ( sorry excuse) is rude and won’t help you at all but let you leave with unactived phones SAVE YOUR TIME

It seems like Verizon is trying to drive its customers away. As soon as I find a service provider with coverage in my area, I will gladly oblige.

They absolutely know what they're doing. That's why I love going there especially if you have Verizon through them. I told him what was up with my phone and he knew exactly what to do and fixed it. So got problems with your phone? That would be the place to go man. I've always had good luck going there and they fix my phone.

Cody, the manager should be fired!!!!!!I went in following the instructions from being online customer service that could not understand me and told me to go into the store through text after the person from Asia could not understand meI asked to be transferred to an American speaking person in the United StatesCody, the store manager that I went into resolve. The problem that could not be resolved through a phone call or Chad threw me out of the store indicating that I was racistWhen I referred to a country. And not the person directly.My problem is still not so I’m a business owner in the communityHe lied to me telling me that they had a business wrap in theThen he turned around, so they did not have a business rep in theThen he said he is the top dog in the whole areaBut I found out he is the store shift manager not the ownerCody should be fired immediately

We got double charged for prepaid time for a Verizon phone. And never received the refund like they stated we would.

Taylor B. at this store helped us out tremendously. After 3 days of having no service or activation on a new iphone she was able to get in touch with the right customer service ,manager, and activate our line after me trying with verizon customer support for 3 days straight on the phone. Thanks Taylor!
