Terrible customer service, absolutely unsafe. They don’t secure luggage nuts on, causing tires to fall off after leaving and don’t take accountability for their absolute awful work.

Sometime in 2023 or 2024 I waited 2 to 3 hours for a tire change. It was cold and I had my dog Rootbeer with me. Rootbeer was not happy.

I got a tire here on Saturday 7/12/25 after one of my tires popped going down the highway. Tell me why only ONE of my lug nuts were tightened!! It felt like the wheel was going to fall off and when we went to check the lugs they were SO LOOSE except one!! People DIE because of this stuff!!!

Had tires put on my car at the Bucyrus location on Thursday and the new valve stim was not put on the wheel right tire went flat on Saturday the Bucyrus location is only open 2 hours on Saturday I went to the Marion location they would not fix there mistake so I had to pay for a new valve stim and balance thank God for another tire shop in Marion who fixed there mistake I will never use there tire shop again very bad service

Got me in last minute quick ! In and out saved me 100's if not more if needed to order all new tires ! If so I know where I'll be getting them from ! Thanks to the guys at Zeus Tires !
