Proud and loyal customer for over 25 years of Bridgette Hardy and her Cloud 9 Salon. My mother, daughter and myself have all gotten are hair styled, cut and colored by any of Cloud 9’s top stylists. We have entrusted Bridgette and her stylists with baby’s first hair cut, to prom and homecoming up-do’s to wedding day looks for both mom, daughter and bridesmaids. Not only do we trust her with our hair but the many other top notch services her salon offers. We get our teeth whitened, eyebrows micro-bladed, and lash tints. We are 100% satisfied customer at each visit we have with Cloud 9.

I hired Cloud9 for my hair and makeup services for my wedding, and had an excellent experience. I had a large bridal party of 12 girls, plus moms and an aunt, and Cloud9 came prepared like an army! I had Jamie for makeup and Michelle for hair and they were both rockstars and made me feel so beautiful! All of the bridesmaids loved their results as well. I stressed to the Could9 team that I didn't want hair and makeup to take hours the day of the wedding, so they were efficient and well staffed to make it a seamless, stress free morning. Highly recommend, thank you Cloud9 ladies!

This was a horrible and expensive experience for me. I asked for highlights, ended up with hot orange roots. Went back to have it fixed and they made me pay for the product to fix it. I would not recommend this place. Below are the pictures. Orange hot roots. And left with still having roots. If I could give them 0 stars, I would have. Definitely not that way to handle business. Massage chairs do not make up for poor performance and Overpriced.
