I asked for no marinara sauce on my pizza sub there was a ton of it and called and said I would have to wait to bring the sandwich back because there's nothing they can do i told the girl at counter no pizza sauce on sub I want it on side I have pictures but it won't let me add it i even said I'll send pictures and they said they can't do it waste of time and money worthless

Men's bathroom was out of order so I knocked on woman's bathroom door made sure no one was in there then proceeded to use it . When I got out the cashier was very rude and told me I could not used the woman's. I cacked a joke maybe in pore taste trying to defuse the situation and then being serious told her I really had to go and was trying to be respectful by not just going out in the parking lot like may other people would have . She continued to be very rude and and told me she didn't care . That I am not a woman and I couldn't use it . I asked for a manager and she refused . So I put my items on the counter and left . Saying you don't need my business and she said good I don't care. I asked her name she said it was caroline and proceeded to say now you are going to turn me in for not letting you us the woman's. I said no the real problem was you are just rude. I have her picture incase she lied about her neme and intend to reach out to mangement.

No men's bathroom Because they don't take care of it and leave it Like a pile of rotting sewage definitely don't come here if you need to use the bathroom and their food is overpriced processed garbage. One last thing terrible customer service

I have never heard of a place where you spend almost $100 at on food and only is complaining about one sandwich being made wrong and they knew they messed it up but I live 43 minutes away from this place drove it just to get their food checked everybody's food but my husband cuz who messes up a meatball hoagie it comes with meatballs cheese and sauce that's it. But they did and knew they messed up but wouldn't replace it without the other hoagie first!! Like I live 40 minutes from there I did not feel like driving back but the girl had to get smart so I'm taking it back and throwing it at then!!! No I really ain't but I should but no I've never been disrespected like this in my life from any place that I have ever ordered food I will not be back I promise you that one!!!

As the only truck stop in the area I want to love this..the food is great, lots of drink options, my only complaint is they are so unpredictable as to when they open, or if they are gonna be open, the hours online aren't correct or people just aren't showing up.

We just ordered from Hanover. We ordered a double cheese stick we got a single. The bun on my hamburger felt like they soaked it in water before using it for my hamburger. We ordered marinara sauce. Got none. We ordered dressing for dipping. Got none. Very frustrating after spending $60.

Was kind of expecting a bit more they have a nice coffee selection, a half working fountain drink dispenser, some over priced cooler drinks and chips . I was expecting more hot food but none was visible so I don’t know how it is “fat guy approved”. No slushy machine. Their women’s bathroom was cleaner than most gas stations but that was about it.

Love your subs and prices.My husband and I order from you and have never been disappointed.But, I think that sometimes your staff doesn't take the time to listen to what is being ordered.We ordered 2 whole Italian subs.1 with lettuce, onion and tomato.The second one with lettuce, onion and mayo.Neither one had any salami and pepperoni, just ham and the one with tomato had no tomato.We ate them and they were very good, but wanted you to beaware.I still would have given you a 5 if not for the mistake.We will order again, but will check our sandwiches before we drive back to wheeling.
