They will not honor sale prices when they are marked incorrectly, even if they acknowledge (more than once) the fault was their own. Contacting corporate, I was informed that the stores have the discretion to honor the sale price or not and that I should have purchased the item at the higher price and risked not being reimbursed. It must be nice to have money to throw away. 🤷♀️

Small store. Self check out slow if you have over 9 items. You need to wait for employees to reset the item count. This was very slow because employees were playing on their phones and not watching the self check out register.

I would avoid this location for cakes
I placed an online order that had me select every single detail; cake icing color, top trim, bottom trim etc. I figured it would be easier that way they would electronically see the selections so there wouldn’t be any miscommunications. I was WRONG…. the entire thing was incorrect and nothing was as I selected. There wasn’t any time for me to ask for a new cake so I made it work but it’s beside the point. It’s not difficult to follow directions. I selected green icing with black top and bottom trim and they gave me white icing with green trim. The cake tasted good at least it’s the only positive.

This Kroger's location is sufficient of course however it's not my favorite location to me it is set up in an odd way compared to other Krogers in the area it can make it a little bit difficult to find products. It's also a bit smaller and they don't carry everything that I'm used to seeing in the majority of the Kroger stores but overall like I said it's sufficient has everything you're really going to need and they seem to be properly staffed with friendly employees

found everything I need. If they don't have it they do try to get it for me. Also, gluten free food is expensive and if I am not sure how something will taste and don't want to pay the high price the manager has comp'd it for me and just asked me to let her know how it is. great place to shop.
