CAUTION! WARNING! At their Wheeling location, I inserted a MasterCard gift card that had $6.93. The machine said "Not Valid" so I used another card. When I got home I checked the balance on the card and it said $0.00!!! I checked and they had put a hold on the card for the remaining balance! I called their phone number (740) 633-3757 3 days in a row and asked them to remove the hold but they did not do it----I am out the $6.93

This used to be the top car wash in the OV for self-service. The amount of soap dispensed far exceeded any other self-service car wash around. Prices have increased drastically. It used to be $1.50 - now the price has crept up to $2.25 and the soap dispensed is almost non-existent. It also seems like the pressure has decreased. Now, the self-serve car wash is really only useful for getting cinders and other easily removed dirt off of your vehicle.The automatic car wash does a good job but you can get the same wash for $4 cheaper elsewhere.

I used the do it yourself carwash. The charge on the screen was less than $5 (4.50) when I finished - my charge card was charged $12. I see that this has happened to others when reading these reviews and their charge was also $12 when it should have been much less. Wondering how often this occurs. I called the car wash number and left a message - no return call as yet.Service: Auto detailing

Personally I believe it's one of the best places I've ever been to to have my car washed it's always on point every time undercarriage everything for your car needs I know the man personally that owns this car wash and he only uses the finest products in his machines to get the dirt and grime that we have in the area the salt and all he's always having his Base maintenance to where they're working in perfect condition they have a car club membership if you live in the area it's a must have

The automation is nice and you don't even need to pull your car out for it to dry like you do with many others. Love it!
