Drove up to get diapers and milk for grand baby it was 4:45 pm. Usually the store closes at 5 now because the whole staff walked out after the remodel that closed the store down for 4 days more then originally posted. When I pulled up cashier ran to the door to hang a sign saying we are closed. No explanation just we are closed. Meanwhile she was looking directly at me with a really mad look on her face. I live in Martinsburg and visit this store almost everyday. Well not anymore I'm just buying extra whenever I go into town now so I can avoid going there.

These were supposed to be convenient? They shut down for a remodel and added an additional self checkout. So now there are 2 self checkouts that are never open. They are understaffed, so there is usually only one person working (stocking the shelves and ringing people at the register). I went in to buy cat food and waited 20 minutes in line and gave up. This will be the first Dollar General to go out of business. The people that work there work hard. There just aren't enough of them unless they decide to open the self checkouts again.

Drove up from Utica, got to the door it wouldn’t open. Lights are on but can’t get in to shop. 2 other ladies tried to get in to shop, still not open. No sign on the door to let you know they are even closed!

Been shut down for over 4 days with no one working not even a corporate manager. This store is a joke.

Bathrooms are "Out of Order". It seems this is becoming common at a lot of DGs.

My 7 year old son was refused the restroom key, because they “didn’t have a public restroom” which is untrue.

Don’t waste your time dropping off FedEx packages here, depending on who is working they may or may not accept it. I drop off the same medium size packages at dollar generals across the state and this is the second store I’ve used that plays these games depending on who’s working. I won’t be wasting gas to go back here for anything.

Our store is closed almost more days then it's open. They close on really good weather days and leave early on really bad weather days. I am at a loss at how they can make any profit when you close a busy store for no good reason the community can see. Also no sign on door or any where to tell you they are closed. Every light bin the place is on. WHAT not open AGAIN!?!?! 81 degrees and people out every where. ???
