I travel 30 minutes to go to Chapman to get my oil changed because my local dealer doesn't seem like they want my busy. Like I'm an inconvenience to them. At Chapman they are warm and inviting with there customer service. Very polite and explain everything throughly. Their service department is top notch in my book.
