Best company to move your household. My second time using their service. Dan & Chris provide the knowledge to tackle anything. My moves included some heavy, difficult items among three home- levels of furniture and boxes. Professional, courteous and eager to get your move done right, this team is the best I've ever hired. I had no furniture since having to move so quickly into another apartment Chaffin moving immediately found my lost furniture and delivered it in 24 hours. Will never forget their caring and support.

Just completed a move using Chaffin & Sons and they did a fabulous job. The team was very professional and took great care with our items. This was a 4 bedroom house with a full basement and they knocked it out very efficiently.

I had a last minute need to help someone in our church move. Chaffin & Son was pulled in help and did the job the very next day! They had another job, but came early to help us out. They were careful, prompt, and reasonable. I will use them again.

We needed to move on a certain schedule and Chaffin was able to accommodate us. The morning arrived and the weather was atrocious. Ice pelting, all surfaces were iced over, I really thought they would cancel on us due to conditions. Instead they came through for us in grand manner!

I wouldn't even give them one star. I was given their number and was told they were a great company. I left them 3 different voicemails 3 days in a row and didnt even get a call back to get an estimate. If this is the customer service they show now it concerns me what would happen when I have to move!!

Down to earth Christian moving company with integrity and reliability! We have used them for more than a dozen moves among several family members. Not once has there been even a little damage and they are reliable to the max! I can't imagine using any other company! And no one is more affordable. Impossible to rate them too high!

Called for help on a very difficult job. 12 Hours later I was squeezed in on very short notice. The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and with respect to my home along with property. Reasonable price. Stand up company who clearly chooses to do right by its customers. Refreshing in this day and age.

After reading the company history and reviews on Facebook, I was optimistic about working with Chaffin & Sons Moving. During our initial phone conversation I was upfront about the short notice since our house sold much faster than anticipated. At their request, I compiled and sent a list of the items to be moved. When I received a call back I was informed that there was a concern with the short notice. I was asked to set a day or days for the move, and I reiterated that we were flexible as long as it happened before our closing date. I also inquired as to what the quote came out at and was subsequently informed that he did not want to spend the time putting a quote together if we may not go with Chaffin for our move. I was uncomfortable with committing to using them without a quote. This is like offering a blank check. Researching and requesting multiple quotes is part of being an intelligent consumer. Asking me to spend my time compiling a list and then refusing to quote is unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.
