I have to say this is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. First off the prices are so off base compared to every other repair shop. The people working the front are rude and seem like they hate their job. Had my car on a two week parts order to fix and after calling in myself after two weeks I was told "we can't get the part and can't fix your car". Was told to look for another alternative or sell the car. Can't sell the car if I have a major issue that wil hurt the value. Even if I buy another Chrysler will drive out of town to have it fixed. This place is the worst.

Went in with my car having a steering issue and ABS light. They diagnosed (over $200) the car to needing both rear wheel bearings replaced throwing off the stabilitrak. I didn't like the quoted price so I decided to replace the wheel bearings myself. Turned out that only 1 side was bad, Not very happy to be quoted double the amount when only 1 wheel side was faulty or being charged for misdiagnosing.

Went in for first oil change. Phenomenal service and genuine staff. Highly recommend them!

Great car buying experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my next purchase. Usually, I have a lot of anxiety buying a car, but they made it very smooth and easy.

I leased a 2021 Blazer on November 29th from Chris Jones and finance manager Tate Cline. I was treated exceptionally well, was in and out quick. The car advertised heated seats and there was no heated seats. I reached out and they took care of it. I now have heated seats and it’s toasty! Thank you Coughlin! Thank you Tate and Thank you Chris!

My car is part of the lawsuit with GM motors do to excessive oil consumption. When I to my car to coughlin I was told it was going be be around $2,500 in repairs because of damage from running low on oil. I picked the car up because I didn't have the money for the repairs. When I picked it up the service manager agreed the damages were cause to to low oil. When I spoke with GM I was told that the service manager denied saying so and told them that was not the cause of the issues! Do not take your car there and do not buy a GM. As I said the car is part of a lawsuit against GM and they still refuse to pay for damages!!
