I needed a rear Axle for my 05 Town & Country, I found a replacement and the Yard Guys teamed up to remove it from their wrecked van. They saved me Hours of work & $$ over Pick n Pull I gave them a $20 Tip Super Job Guys on the Customer Service

How well can you rate someone..These guys saved the day for me. The hospitality was great, they knew right where the problems were, and you can tell where peoples heart is by what they love most. They love to do this stuff. They love to pick up cars in an emergency, and they like fixing them.

I want ro start by saying thank you to Chester for being so helpful. I have to say I called him at least a thousand times with a gazillion questions. He was very patient with me, knowledgeful, and always polite! They were able to get me in relatively quickly to fix the alternator on my truck. While we were there i met jeff. He put on cartoons for my boys, he entertained my oldest son who talked his ear off about games, and was just really nice. The price of service here is not beatable by anyone! The customer service was off the charts!! So if you are looking for great service, excellent customer service, and money left to take your children to McDonald's for lunch, you must come here. Thanks guys for helping us out! We really appreciated all you've done for us!!!

The first time I came to this location a month and a half ago, I was greeted and treated with great customer service from Jeff himself and his workers. My husband car needed his tires and his alignment fixed, we got an estimate that was cheaper than another location. Nice huh. So fast forward, I called this location because I felt like my tires were shaking while I was driving on the highway. I called so they could take a look at it. I talked to Jeff and told him the situation AND I told him I already know I need an oil change and to change my O2 sensor, but I'm going elsewhere to get those done. After I dropped my car off around 4pm and waiting, waiting and more waiting I just told the mechanic looking over my car that I will be back later and he wrote down my number. So now it's going on 6:50 and they close at 7 I didn't receive a call so I called them and that's when they told me my car was ready for pickup.. really . So the next day I looked up at my windshield and to my surprise, they changed my oil😑. I received a voice message from Jeff saying I owed money for the oil change. I called Jeff and told him I never said I wanted my oil changed and specifically said I was going elsewhere. His response was nothing, NO ACCOUNTABILITY, NOTHING. I came to the shop to speak with Jeff, I literally spoke with him 5 minutes later but then one of mechanics told me he was not in. When I told the mechanic everything he just stared and looked d*** founded waiting for a payment. LOOK it's not about how much the oil change was, it's them doing something on my car that I DID NOT ask for and they expecting payment for it. It's ridiculous . Long story short, I will never go back to this location and I'm so glad I found a much cheaper and better quality shop elsewhere. if you'll reading this and thinking "well this will never happen to me" and still are considering going here. I'll tell you this, make sure you clear up your entire day because they are extremely slow and don't wait around the office for someone to greet you when you first come in, you'll have to go and find a mechanic to get assistance.

Wow, I had all three of my cars serviced at Creative Towing with nothing but excellent service. It is so nice to find a expert in auto repair today. I felt like I was back in my younger days, going to a garage that knew what was happening! They detailed my 2006 Crossfire, it looks like a showroom model! I didn't want to drive it as it was so beautiful!
