Goodwill offers a convenient shopping experience with plenty of parking, including dedicated handicapped spots. The store layout is simple, but at times it can be a bit odd, requiring walking through clothing sections to reach other areas, and narrow aisles may make it difficult for two carts to pass each other. Prices are generally fair and affordable, making it a popular choice for those looking to save money. Customers have found good deals on shorts and shoes, often paying just a few dollars, which makes it a great place to find inexpensive items for trips or everyday use. The store is usually clean and organized, and staff members are friendly and polite. However, some shoppers feel that donation policies could be better, especially when high-end items are not returned after donation, and there is frustration over the lack of senior discounts in some locations. Additionally, some customers have expressed disappointment about changes over the years, such as the removal of collectible displays and inconsistencies in store policies. Despite these concerns, many visitors consider Goodwill a hidden gem, often finding unique and valuable items at much more than fair prices. Overall, it is a well-liked store for those seeking affordable shopping options and a place to find interesting items, though some improvements in policies and layout could enhance the experience.
Its ok for a goodwill store, the prices seemed fair.
October 2024
Plenty of parking and dedicated handicapped spots. The layout seemed a little odd; you had to walk through clothes to get to the nick neck area. The aisle seems a little tight; 2 carts would have trouble passing each other. The prices seemed fair, not overpriced. The people at the checkouts were polite.
