Jon's auto all the way! We have a rare engine transmission combo. Needed a new trans that couldn't be rebuilt (rare). Jon tracked one down keeping our vehicle numbers-correct. Even offered to help with insurance hassles! DO NOT go anywhere else for vw work! GO TO JON'S AUTO!

Fantastic shop! Friendly, knowledgeable, fair, timely service and repair. Found and fixed the rattle another shop caused then claimed they couldn’t find or hear. Won’t take my VWs anywhere else now.

Sent a late night email hoping for help. Searching for my daughters first car. Jon and Kristen responded first thing in the morning and fit me in for a Pre-Purchase inspection. The inspection was more than I could have asked for. More detailed and better explained than any shop I have ever taken a vehicle to. Had this been the right car for her, I would absolutely had Jon handle every bit of maintenance for this vehicle! Please take your VW to Jon before you buy!

Great service on VWs of all kinds. Jon loves his work and you can tell by how he discusses your car with you. Much more reasonable than a dealer for service and they are VW certified for warranty work as well. We've been taking our cars here for at least 15 years!

I met Jon because my father took our VWs to Jon, one of the few easy decisions I had after his passing was where to take the cars he left me. Like many VW owners, my GTI is more than my car, it's a reminder of great times with my parents. I want those memories to last forever, so I keep taking it back to Jon's Auto.(Doesn't hurt that his waiting area is much better than any dealership's -his VW decorations are better ?)

Not a single soul on the planet touches my Volkswagen besides Jon. He and his wife Kristen deeply dedicated to high-quality maintenance and service on all things Volkswagen. The entire shop is immaculately kept, the grounds are comfortably landscape so one can sit outside and relax while the car is being worked upon. It's outdoors isn't your cup of tea there's a cozy waiting area inside with a sofa chair, television, bathroom etc. On top of that the fees are considerably less than one would pay at the dealership.

Simply the best for your TDI. Jon's Auto came highly recommended and for good reason - the service is top notch, friendly and priced competitively.I brought my 2014 Golf TDI (around ~98k miles) in, it needed several repairs and some maintenance (DSG service, engine cold start, timing belt service, etc.).Jon and Kristen were excellent to deal with. From day one on setting up scheduling, through chit chatting with my wife and five year old when we picked up the car we actually had a good time throughout the whole thing. They're great communicators as well (text, email and phone for estimates, confirmations, etc.).We'll def. be bringing the Golf back for upgrades and future maintenance, having a shop like this local is a gem for VW owners. No one at the dealership is going to care as much about your car as Jon does. Auto service obviously costs money but Jon's Auto feels more like your hiring a friend who happens to be an expert, I'll never bring my car anywhere else again, thank you!Services: Transmission

B *** Auto LLC (contracted transporter by a broker). If negative stars were available, I would have chosen that. My vehicle was picked up Nov 19th and contracted to be delivered Nov 22nd. It did not arrive until Nov 26th. During this time I called and text messaged ****, all they gave me was one excuse after another. Each day was a delay resulting in another day extension. Excuses were weather, didn't have enough vehicles to make it worth the trip, and it had not left yet due to bookings. What they did not realize I have a GPS tracker on my vehicle. All their excuses were complete lies.My advice.... seek a transporter that is not hired by a broker and make sure you have yourself protected for delays or lost vehicles. GET A GPS TRACKER... Bouncie is a good entry level. Real time tracking.A seemingly reasonable $1100 transport ended up costing me an additional $800.00 for a rental and fuel. Beware.

Jon and Kristen have been so great about getting my GTI in better condition after a bad engine oil leak. Both extremely friendly, timely, and a great value when you compare to a dealership. Don’t waste your time taking your VW to anyone else in the area. Jon and Kristen take time, and pay attention to detail to make sure your VW gets the PROPER care it needs. I took my car to a Midas in Florida a week before to get an oil change and they gave me a list of things that were not even an issue with my car. Not to mention they didn’t replace a crush washer for the drain plug which created another leak. My car now runs great and Jon was very thorough in explaining the issues with my car with me.
