I do NOT like this bank but I have no choice as my mortgage was sold to them by Liberty National Bank. Today is February 8th and I have yet to receive my mortgage statement for tax purposes. Why??? This is just not acceptable, was the statement mailed from China???? Unbelievable!! I know the mail service is bad at times as they don’t seem to care either!!

I was in NEED of change for our salon Smart Styles in Marysville and no other banks could help us but because we USE to bank with LIberty national bank here in Marysville one of the managers came to meet me at the door as I pulled in (business’s were just starting to open because of corona-virus) and asked what I needed and told me the lobby wasn’t open but event out of his way to get us change for the business even though it wasn’t much. GREATLY APPRECIATED! #INTHISTOGETHER

My favorite bank by far. Personal service and everyone that works there is friendly. The manager Evan is always easy to talk to discuss anything that pops up as a questions. Best bank ever!

The staff at the Marysville bank are always friendly and inviting! When it comes to customer service, hands on bankers, and a local bank feel these guys are the seriously the best! Without all the fees and hassle of some of the larger banks they are more about the community and the little guy. Their loan rates aren't to unbearable either!
