My girlfriend went in with a sore throat. They prescribed her augmentin and said she had an ear infection. She had a swollen lump in her throat upon returning home I was an EMT for 4 years I googled her symptoms and found out she had a clogged saliva gland. The treatment was a warm compress lemon juice sour patch kids and a massage upon doing these things it opened up and she had relief she was misdiagnosed given a several hundred dollar bill for being rushed out of there with a misdiagnosis and now has been put in collections for making payments on a misdiagnosis given the wrong med . The augmentin made her sick . I think this is patient neglect

Just had my first visit at this clinic. I would definately reccomend using this clinic. Very professional, caring staff.

Walked in a couple minutes late due to non anticipated traffic and construction, but checked in early online on the car ride over, came in and sat in the empty waiting room for over 20 minutes in severe pain. Provider walked out of an empty room finally after this time period stating that my appointment was at x:xx and their next appointment was in 5 min. She was rude, not compassionate, doesn’t actually care about the well-being of the community. It was obvious that job meant nothing to her but a paycheck.

I had an appointment at 10:00 AM and received confirmation text at 8:55 AM. Next, I received a text cancelling the appointment at 9:25 AM. I realize this can happen (provider sick, staff sick, etc) especially during the pandemic but my concern is that it is impossible to talk to anyone at the local store/clinic. The phone routes you to what appears to be a National/corporate representative who can only look into computer and confirm that the appointment was cancelled. They can not reschedule and refuse to contact the local store/clinic directly. I was told to go to the website to reschedule but the store has no other appointment available for the next 72 hours. This really shows that there is a problem with large corporations controlling medical care as these corporations have no concern for the individual patient.

Got our flue shots, in & out in about 10 minutes. Staff we very professional, nice, and experienced.

NP was great, appreciated her attentiveness. They called to follow up with test results two days later. (Worthy of a 4 star review) Used the mychart feature online and still had questions. One star review - attempting to return the call to ask for clarification, spent over 40 minutes on hold, transferred 6 times still never spoke to someone. Not using minute clinic or CVS again.
