I had a nice experience and my nails were beautifully done.
I'm really shocked by the reactive posts by the owner, blaming customers, calling them bullies, and very defensive. That kind of behavior doesn't bode well for businesses trying to be successful. Not sure if I want to go back if the owner gets mad for some reason.

Peter saved the day- I had another salon cut my nails so low and they were so damaged after the service, they looked like they were a child’s. Great service and they listened to what I wanted! Great job to all of you!

I got a powder dip Wednesday, October 23rd, the dip popped off my right index finger. Went back Thursday to get it fixed but it came off again Thursday night. Went back Friday to get it fixed again, but Friday night all the nails lifted except three. I wasn't available on the weekend so I went back Monday, they were closed. I go back near closing on Tuesday and told them I am taking g off Thursday and will be back then. I asked the nail tech to change the color because it must be the product. He suggested I add acrylic tips because powder dip makes your nails weak. I agreed. When the service was completed they charged me full price. I asked for credit for my powder dip but they said no. Now I have to spend my birthday afternoon with the civil prosecutor and on the phone with my bank.

I got my nails done with acrylic and no chip manure .. I am very hard on my nails because I work in the auto industry on cars .. I was very pleasantly surprised how wonderful my nails have held up ..I am three weeks in and ready to get a balance and repolish!! I will definitely recommend this shop for your nail and Pedi needs !

I was a walkin on Saturday wantin to get a pedi done a guy I waited for about 35 minutes then got placed in a seat for a pedi then sat there for an hour…The guy started the tub w/ the water to hot & started in my feet not even askin me which pedi I wanted until 15 minutes into it, then I asked for the book to decide which I decide on the deluxe, he kept dropping the dry skin tool (cheese grater) on the floor told me to hold on so he can go sanitize it then came back to finish the pedi, he got done & pounded the dry skin from my feet in the floor thru the tool in the tub where my feet were & swept it up. Finished my feet & painted my nails & moved in said it would take 10 minutes to dry… I was in this store from the time I walked in to the time I left just for a pedi for 3 hrs & 17 minutes…& was still charged $65… & Now I just left my dr I’m on antibiotics & cream because I have an infection from the unsanitary tools (IM DIABETIC)IM NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LEGIT AND REAL REVIEW HERE IT IS I was absolutely devastated with my nails after going here this was probably one of my worst experiences ever me and my friend went on Friday when we got there there was already 2 lady’s getting there nails done ONLY 2 PEOPLE WERE THERE me and her waited for 45 minutes witch was not a problem at all we get called for our turn everything is going good until one person walks in and EVERYONE STATED TO RUSH you don’t rush nails if you don’t have the time to do them right then tell your clients do not rush bc one person showed up she asked the time mind you the guy said there was 4 guys there to do acrylic sets by this time all 4 were set down with clients a lady came in asking for a full set asked the wait time all of us lady’s just got sat down maybe 10 minutes before this she asked the time and at that point I should have just left he said u want full acrylic okey that be 10-15 minutes nails take up to 30 minutes if done RIGHT well after that everyone started to rush rush to the point where I got cut with a nail file so bad it got infected and all he said was sorry and then I asked if he could be more gentle after my finger is already covered in blood he didn’t even clean it up or anything continued my nails with blood on them then started to rush once again and cut me 2 more time my nails were so un even one broke off 3 hours after leaving they don’t even paint the whole nail just half and they can’t even get the color or a simple design, right I asked for simple cute little hearts and they look nothing like the picture not even close looks like Mickey Mouse ears instead overall I was absolutely shocked with how my nails turned out it has been 4 days and all my nails are off bc they didn’t even last that long this is the first time anything like this has happened and they don’t even seem sorry if they do hurt you my friend left with 3 different cuts and she had someone totally different and her nails fell off as well they didn’t even get the color right how are they going to ask u to chose a color from the wall then get that color wrong when we bring YOU THE COLOR NAIL POLISH THAT WE WANTED AND U GUYS TOLD US TO GRAB IT OFF THE WALL the lady sitting next to me didn’t even realize until after they were done that it wasn’t the right color or design and when she re showed him the picture he said yes that the same thing it was not she wanted white nails her nails where coral she wanted chrome and got glitter instead I really feel like they just do what they wanna do instead of listening to there clients I will never be returning here this is a legit review from a person who actually went here. I do not recommend going unless you like to get hurt and get infected. and to waste your money and time!!!!

Justin is phenomenal at what he does and truly puts so much time into all of his clients. He comes in early for clients and stays late to accommodate each individual. I gladly drive over an hour to come to New Nails! Iv been going here for 3 years now and have always received respectful, professional and clean services. Justin is extremely creative and detail oriented when it comes to nail design. Top notch services!
