If I could give it zero stars I would. I was told my deposit would come back in 2-5 business days. That turned into 10 business days. That turned into 3 weeks. I called 8 times trying to figure out where the deposit was, I was hung up on three times, and the 5 other times I was told they would "Look into it" and call me back and I never received my call back. This last time I had to literally beg the rep to call me back and when he did he told me they cut a check and sent it back to my old address... My old adress, from which I rented a moving truck... With no attempt to verify or to ask me my new address. And now I've been told that they will send me another check "eventually."This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company, and whoever is in charge of the financial division should be fired. There's no way this should take this long and there's no way a customer should have the experience I've had. I'm furious and I can only hope that someone in management will atleast TRY to make this right, but I have a feeling that once they've finally sent me my check, they'll just breathe a sigh of relief that they don't have to endure talking to me anymore and I'll never hear from then again. They might prove me wrong but I doubt it.
