I ordered online two the monster subs and when my friend came home with them there was nothing on them but bread and little meat and not so much veggies no ranch and I ordered extra everything and bread was not toasted I called and the lady basically said they don't serve extra and they are only allowed one drizzle of ranch I asked if I could get a refund and she said that her manager will call me back and hung up. Rude but I decided to just deal with it and eat the sub but soon to find a hair wrapped around the bread that I had been eating this subway has gone down hill never ordering from here again.

I wish I could leave zero. I received a few coupon papers in the mail for coupons on subs. I’ve used five so far at different Subways within the Columbus/Marysville area. Never once did they question it. My buddy wanted a Chicken bacon ranch sub. The guy explained that it’d be $2.50 extra for adding the bacon because they have to charge it as a grilled chicken sandwich. How does that make sense? #20 is a made to order chicken bacon ranch sub, so why up charge for bacon? I got the supreme meats. Right away I was told, “That sub does not work for this coupon”. Let me remind you, I’ve got this exact sub 5 times with this particular coupon, no questions asked. We showed him the coupon saying that sub is NOT on the excluded list! He allowed it, but I haven’t opened my sandwich yet and I’m assuming there’s no double cheese like there should be. It’s probably because, “It’d be an extra $6.25 to add it”. Lol there is no way I step back into that store.

Since change of ownership, the quality of food and the speed of service has been terrible. Generally only one person working at a time which is way too slow during lunchtime.

Showed up at 8:42 p.m. The sign on the door says they close at 9:00 p.m. and the bright red "OPEN" neon sign was on but the door was already locked.I saw two employees inside so I knocked on the door. They both ignored me. Then I knocked again and one of them came to the door and told me they were closed.I told him the sign said they were open till 9:00 but he said "we always close at 8:45 because we have to close and do our clean up and count money so we can't let anyone in".I told him they needed to change the sign and he went back inside and close the door in my face.I heard him tell the other guy that I said that "they needed to change the sign" and they both laughed. And that was my rude "non-service" that I received.

It’s our go to and the owners a really nice guy.Dietary restrictions: Very customizable to fit any dietary restriction.Kid-friendliness: My kids loved this place, the owner is always in and makes sure my family was satisfied.

They don't take coupons? I thought every subway took them? The toppings are a joke and not very friendly. We need a firehouse in Marysville!

I am sitting here after trying to go into this subway and it closes 25 minutes early. Was ordering 4 subs so you all lost out on good money.

Ordered an oven baked turkey and ham on Italian seasoned bread. Bread, even though toasted was still mostly raw and doughy. Needed longer baking time I imagine. Turkey and ham sliced paper thin. Vegetables were frozen than thawed leaving them in a soggy state. Spinach old. Sweet onion teriyaki sauce gelatinous. Not a good experience.

First off lets start with... When me and my family walked in at supper time, the place was empty. That should have been my first clue. The covers for the toppings were not being used. the whole purpose of them is to keep toppings fresh. The place was empty but covers were off. That would explain my wilted veggies. For 40 mins we sat there waiting for my 6 yr old grand children to finish their pizzas. in that time no one came in and covers still stayed off the whole time. We did not finish our subs as they did not taste very well. Wife and I both felt ill all night and into this morning. They were miss made twice...The pizzas were cut in ways i still don't understand, which made it hard for my grand child to eat. To top it all off my grandson had to use the bathroom, and was not able to. They have the bathrooms blocked off with tables and chip stand so that they don't have to clean them. State law requires them to to be open but they are not. Needless to say I will never step foot into that establishment again. Under different owners... MAYBE

They didn't know their own menu , no restrooms for use or hand washing , subs didn't taste like the the normal subway subs recipes , I ordered chicken teriyaki with provolone and they automatically give you roasted chicken no teriyaki and forgot the cheese.Hubby ordered the MexiCali with no avacodo and they put my provolone on his ? and his was suppose to come with double pepper cheese. Then she put mayonnaise in his and scraped it off ..You can't make this stuff up.We had to throw them away halfway through , Kids couldn't wash their hands or use the restrooms due to being completely blocked off with furniture , all food left uncovered the entire time we sat there while our kids ate with no employees even in the main resteraunt while the guy stayed the back and the girl outside on her phone the whole time. The language barrier was a big problem and they didn't even try to understand us .My 30 yr career is food inspection and this was horrible service and uncovered food and I will never return under this management. I love subway and will continue to go to the one I have for years now that I see what's going on out there . Wish I could rate it zero stars but they must get one I guess for just being open....

Let me start with I Love Subways fresh food , But we had a very bad experience at the location on St Rt 36 Marysville Oh. on Monday Sept 18 2023 and will never return. First of all we couldnt use either restrooms as they had them completely blocked off with many tables and then the chip rack even in front of the tables so if you got past the chips the tables would stop you.SO no washing your hands , no kids going to the bathroom ( we had two ) and NO they were not cleaning them. They are permanently blocked -guessing so the public could not use them. No out of order signs or nothing like that at all.We ordered , they messed up both subs, did not understand their own menu what so ever .I ordered chicken teriyaki. and they just give you plain roasted chicken, didnt even see seasoned teriyaki chicken in the trays, it is not the same formulas as I am used to getting from a subway , the chicken was plain and not teriyaki seasoned as it is in the Richwood Ohio store. I asked for provolone cheese and nope- but then she put the cheese on that unidentified chicken after toasting. My husband ordered the Mexicali sub without Avocado. Thats it - and she put my provolone cheese on his on his sub instead of the double pepper cheese as the menu said ? She still tried to put mayonnaise on his sub even though he never mentioned it and he had orderd the mexicali and it didnt even come with mayo , and then she proceded to scrape it off. The food was never covered with the new gaurds that all the stores use now, not even during the empty store we sat in and ate. I was baffled this was happening but had two hungry kids waiting on their plain pizzas and just wanted to get it over with at that point. The food was NOT normal SUBWAY recipe menu when you tasted it , the food was wilted and uncovered the entire time we were there even with empty store. We both threw our half eaten 6 inch subs away.. The language barrier I get as they obviously spoke little to NO english , but they had no clue what their on franchise menu was even or how to make the subs on that menu. I will never return there and will drive out of my way before eating there again..WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS !!! I will however still eat at Subway again and I hope they don't let their other establishments get the way this one is.
