This is the worst company I have ever worked with for lawn care. The first issue is the online app which I thought was a good idea but nope . They don’t care what they send you. I have weeds and not much grass. My main concern was weeds which I stated. All I got with program was fertilizer. I guess the wanted my weeds to thrive and summer! No weed killer in my program. All they wanted was to me some thing to make money. They don’t care for your lawn just money!

This review is for bulk (tanker) drivers. This is my first time coming to this plant and I was unaware of where I was supposed to be, thankfully google maps helped a million times more than my dispatch. Tank farm deliveries are to use the west entrance, there’s a guard shack and something that “looks” like a scale (there are none!), the guard was new to this entrance and directed me to shipping and receiving, they told me to follow the road all the way to the end (there are signs). There are a few tanks for specific products, I just flagged down one of the unloaders and they directed me on where to go. It was fairly straightforward and didn’t take long at all to unload me, they used their own hose and pump.Please note: you will have to scale off site, so if you’re delivering you’ll have to scale before getting loaded and then scale after getting loaded. Without the proper weights, they could refuse you; just a heads up drivers!I’m not sure on the process for Hazmat loads, but for non hazmat, it still wasn’t an issueEveryone was friendly and things went pretty smoothly, honestly I spent more time getting loaded than I did getting unloaded.

Worst company to work for under a sales manager in the Los Angeles/San Gabriel surrounding areas. Treat merchandisers like we are replaceable after going over and under for them. Lies about full time positions when we are only temps. No PTO No holiday pay No breaks No lunch only sick cause of Cali law drive your own car while Sales managers have CC and company car. They drink alcohol on company expense while we car pool with them. I wish I had video or photos of couple lunch outs after being slaved all day on resets. HR, district manager protect SM’s .They lie about lunch time since you manually input punch in and out and the SM approves it at the week of the week. No solid proof…. liarsScott’s needs to fly over with out notifying them and see whaT really goes on.

I had a good experience. I was checked in and loaded in just a little over an hour! Really tight area though. You must be on your A game when backing to the door.

DO NOT PURCHASE SCOTTS MIRACLE GROW PRODUCTS.“Purchased 3 bags of Scott’s EZ Seed Tall Fescue in March of 2022. The grass seed barely germinated, and what did, barely survived a month into May. I followed the directions on the bags according to their “No Quibble - Guarantee” and even inquired with the agent if I could send in my claim electronically. However I was quickly told no, I would need to send Original Receipt and Tag details from the bags via the US Mail. I sent the required details, WITH TRACKING and called several times to check the status. Repeatedly I was told it was in process, and they would reach out with more information if needed. Time went by, and life happens, but I realized I had still never received my refund. I called, and spoke with an agent who advised they needed my original receipt. I advised that I was required to mail it in, but according to the tracking information, it was lost in transit via the carrier. I can’t control the Mail carrier. The agent understood my concerns and agreed with me but admitted that their supervisor was adamant about passing responsibility onto the the retailer, the mail carrier or me. So I immediately requested to speak with the supervisor who begrudgingly agreed to speak with me. Tarah, the Scott’s products supervisor was disgusting, had zero professionalism, and talked in circles. I pleaded my case, and was told they wouldn’t assist and I could call the mail carrier. Again, I submitted my claim; provided product information, and mailed them the ONLY ORIGINAL RECEIPT as they required. I was then directed to go back to the retailer, and provide them my collection of payment methods to find my receipt from a year ago, to which I tried, and was told unless I purchased a high value item with Warranty protection, they would not be able to search transactions from a year ago. (A response they also told Scott’s when they called to validate my receipt contrary to the irrelevant suggestion Scott’s gave. ) Tarah essentially said she would make an exception if I could locate a copy of my original receipt- to which I located days later in my phone’s camera files. So after submitting the photo of the original receipt, my case was reviewed again, by a new supervisor named Amanda C., who could effectively explain the issue, however still would not honor my refund claim because the retailers receipt code brought up a different transaction, because again, it was from over a year ago. So do to the neglect, incompetence and complete lack of professionalism by Scott’s representatives, I am expected to absorb the cost of 3 bags of Grass Seed that they do not stand by. So much for their “No Quibble - Guarantee”. I will never purchase products from this company again, and will now go to Pennington who offers a better product, at half the cost of the bird seed that Scott’s is pedaling. “

They don’t stand behind their guarantee at all. Customer service has every excuse to not refund your money even when their products do not work.

The product burned my lawn. Customer service was very nice nut not real helpful. They kept looking for reasons of what I did wrong by asking questions about my application. When all failed, they quickly jumped to the weather. The thing is, I purchased the product that is supposed to work in high heat in Florida. "Southern Lawn Care" This product is supposed to take care of that but they did not want to pay for a new lawn for me. U will find this is the case when u call......

Unfortunately a month ago I called to contact corporate about an incident occurring in one of their facilities. To which they had responded with “ you do not have proof that the damages caused to your vehicle were from one of our tractor trailers”. But coincidentally after i reported the issue they added a sign about tractor trailers making wide turns. They did not take responsibility for their employees/ leasers actions. I wish i would have had a dash cam before the incident. The drivers are careless and do not respect in coming traffic. (Oxford, PA location) if i could select 0 stars i would!

I spoke with their vendor Sam at Home Depot today June 5th around 1:00 -1:30 or longer. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with advice on seed, shrubs a variety of things. She even helped me load bricks onto the flat bed. There needs to be more people like her, so friendly also.

Very slow to start loading you. Put you in a door right away but make you sit for hours waiting to be loaded. Moves quickly once they start loading you. They have a ridiculous process of checking in and out.
