I work for a transportation service out of Defiance Ohio I was on the road taking a client to Columbus I stopped there they were so nice so informative so friendly as a matter of fact I couldn't get my debit card to function correctly I had to call and set my pin cuz it was a new card and I didn't know but before they can get back to me they gave me my order and told me thank you for choosing them and not to worry about it just come back again that was the most wonderful thing in the world I did get my card fixed and I did go back they were so wonderful to have done that for me I've done nothing to talk good about y'all since the manager was wonderful and the guy at the register was beautiful guy very friendly very informative very helpful

Ordered two separate times for cheeseburgers with no pickles in the past 2 weeks. Both times they had pickles.

The staff are always friendly and courteous. Iv only used the drive-through and have nothing but prompt, professional service. The food, well, lt's White castle. I often take a crave case to work to share with my coworkers.

I recently visited White Castle, and it was an absolute delight for a craver like me! White Castle never disappoints! Burgers are fresh and hot and sides are always prepared perfectly and are also tasty. Our favorite side is the onion chips. Yummy! Service is excellent and fast, and staff always friendly. This was our 9th Valentines Day dinner at various White Castle locations and this was our first at the Marysville location. We were very impressed with staff and overall experience was awesome.

We went thru the drive thru, placed a fairly large order. Great customer service, all our food was fresh, hot and correct. Feast for a family of 6 and the kids finished off the leftovers. Win, win!

White Castle is on a whole different level than other fast food places. This location in particular is top notch. The sliders I got were amazing. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. I make it a point to stop here whenever I am in the area.
