The problem isn't the branches. The problem is the owners and the corporate office. Go to whatever branch you want. They have bad processes, that only benefit the owners. They have no desire to change them, because it benefits them. The only ones that suffer at this bank are the customers. It is really sad that the leadership is so corrupt, because they could have had a good business. Take some time and look into the other options in your local area. Go in and talk to them. You will find that there are highly superior options for you and your family in the banking industry. If you go forward with doing business with this bank, you will suffer eventually. Just hang tight. It is who they are.

I have banked here for the past 10 years. The customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced with a bank. It's a small town bank (I think based out of Lebanon), so I feel like they view me as a person/neighbor and not just a number. (Sam is the best!)

I have banked with 1st National for over 10 years, both personally and for several business related commercial and residential investment mortgage loans. The staff at 1st national has been exceptional.

Stay far away from this bank especially if you are going to use them to finance a home loan! I sold a condominium to a person and they messed up the title work and actually transferred the unit next door instead of the actual one I was selling. They hired a title company and an appraiser that are equally unprofessional and nowhere in their due diligence did they find the error until I had a commercial loan and the title search revealed the error. They didn't take any responsibility for the error but did correct the loan for their customer. After they corrected the error they refuse to pay the last few hundred dollars to complete the recording of the title and attorney fees that they had incorrectly transferred in the first place. It's sad when a bank will hide behind their mistakes and then nickel and dime you to correct their incompetency.
