Absolutely awful experience do not buy furniture from Ashley! Everything looks really nice but is very cheap and will not last whatsoever. Dresser and vanity shake on carpet and feel like the drawers are going to break at any time. Every single item of furniture we purchased was chipped and they never fixed it after multiple attempts to get in contact with them. The second the sales person makes the sale they disappear and will not help you with issues that come up during delivery and send you to a 3rd party that is awful and will never resolve your issue. The solution to every problem is a $50 gift card. Why would I ever want that?? Nothing in the store is $50 and I paid WAY more plus why would I want to buy from this company again when they treat their customers like their money means nothing. First and last time purchasing from Ashley. Save your money!

Do not order anything from Ashley. Their warranty process to get anything fixed is unbelievable!! Reclining sofa broke in January after being purchased in August. Finally got ahold of the correct customer service number. They sent someone out and was told they needed to order the part. It’s been months and no word from them. Now, I’ve called 6 different numbers and conveniently they can’t find my order number, claim, or name in the system! It shouldn’t be this difficult get a simple sofa repair!!
Edit: They made it right and fixed our sofa! It took a few months to get the part instead of a few weeks like quoted and wish they had been more communicative about the delay but they were quick to get someone out once the part was delivered. Very happy with the end result so changed 1 star to 4!

Love the couch and the price was good. The sales person over promised throw cushions and the platinum delivery service. Only got 1/4 cushions promised and they delivery people did not know how to hook up the speakers (but it was easy). Felt a little over promised. But we are happy with the couch

Stopped in 8/4/24 to look at furniture. Was greeted upon entry. Wasnt expecting to buy a new furniture set, but the staff at the store was friendly and helpful ensuring all needs were met. When I checked out to pay, the manager worked hard to give the most months for financing on the Ashley cc which was great. Was also gifted the option to select a gift after purchase based on the amount of $ spent. This was a nice gesture. Delivery updates were seemless and I was updated throughout the process. The delivery men were friendly and quick. Was overall a great experience. Anyone looking for furniture, I would say definitely check out Ashley in Mason. They currently have great deals going on because they are relocating :).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We received our furniture 2 days ago and it really doesn't fit in our house.we are in the process of returning to find a more appropriate fit for us..nothing at all wrong with the furniture it just sent for us

So nice! Mrs.Amil helped us find our new couch and 3 tables! There is a free gift when you buy something from them. So we got a free new Ring doorbell! 10/10 would recommend!
