It's extremely unfortunate that this location is even still in business. I amongst several other colleagues and family members have a repeated terrible experience here. Let's start with the manager Ashley who never seems to be in office. Time after time there are so many random issues that occur, and everyone is office but the manager. I could absolutely understand if this was an occasional issue, but this is something that happens almost every week. When myself, or many others have requested her for assistance she is nowhere to be found or seen. The few times she is actually present or able to assist any of us customers, she's normally either forcing her employees to take over what she is too lazy to do herself, or going out of her way to do everything else but actual work. She legit spends more time leaving her job to tend to her child vs actually running the bank mart she works in. Thankfully the other employees under her always go out of their way to help and assist with whatever they can to the best of their abilities. They are very much appreciated always. It would be nice to see any of them in charge and taking over for their terrible manager, because unlike her, they never miss an opportunity to really help out with the customer's needs. I have been banking with this company for 16+ years, and every encounter I have had with Ashley is an absolute waste of time. She's never present, and spends a majority of her time giving out orders to her employees all while ignoring a majority of us customers just trying to simply get some assistance. Her employees are always confirming time frames in which we can speak or meet directly with her, and when you as a customer go out of your way to follow that specific schedule and she is still nowhere to be seen or help out, kind of gives you the impression that this person obviously does not care about their job, nor the company they work for. I can confirm myself and numerous other customers have found it more beneficial to go to other locations where management is not only present but actually going out of their way to make sure they help out the customer no matter what. What kind of manager goes missing 24/7 and gets their employees to repeatedly cover for her instead of actually showing up to work to help out?
