Never again will I ever get a Uhaul from this place, not only did they charge me 836$ for 800 miles when I had the uhaul for less than 8 hrs. So I must have been driving 100 miles/hr for 8 hrs straight. When I got it sorted out it should've been 190$ in total. So rather than them giving me a refund that has yet to hit my account. They decided to charge me another 836$ so over 1600$ for a uhaul for less than a day. They do not know what they are doing. I had to call Uhaul myself to get it sorted out because the man that works there acts like its all my fault. Absolutely a scam. So now I have to wait while im negative 1686$. They shouldn't even be able to rent out uhuals at this point.
