If no stars was an option, that would apply here. Paid $300 additional to have my vehicle picked up on Saturday morning with a promised delivery of Monday by 9pm. Monday at 6 driver called said he was 2 hours away. Sat at delivery location and never heard from them. Tuesday morning I called to follow up and the dispatch company and driver was very rude and disrespectful about explaining the delay. Vehicle was delivered Tuesday night at a different location which I had to uber to pick up my vehicle
