I enjoy running but have been limited with back challenges. I wear a size 16 running shoe and knew I would probably have to order shoes. I went to the store on Sunday thinking I would be talking to someone with limited knowledge who was working to keep the store open. I was so terribly wrong. I was met by Sue (a highly decorated track coach) and Faith (an accomplished triathlete) who both demonstrated amazing knowledge of the shoes they carry. They even went the extra mile and called the owner to see if they could order the shoe that they recommended. Everyone was excited to discover they had the shoes in my size in stock! Top notch customer service provided by quality people who know what they are doing. I am one very satisfied customer who will be back! Thank you so very much!

They will be able to offer you shoes based on your general foot anatomy and gait. I'd definitely recommend coming here if you're serious on running or have a job that requires a lot of walking around.
You could probably cheap out at some other places, but I think it's a lot better to spend a bit more to get a way better shoe fit, especially if you're unsure on how to select shoes.
Also, the socks here are really good quality. I would recommend picking some up.

Great service and good selection. I was helped by Makaela and she was sweet, friendly and very helpful. She even assessed my stride and sized my feet. Was recommended here and would recommend to anyone else. A little pricier than a chain shoe store but definitely felt good supporting a local business with such good customer service and expertise in shoes.

Purchased a pair of new balance 1080 v12. Price was well in line with online stores. Employees were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me select what I should get based on how I walk and what my use was going to be. They didn't have a color in my size I liked but they were able to get a color from their other location brought in.

The knowledge and attention is simply fantastic. You don't get anywhere near this service at a big retailer that has high schoolers for staff. The Buckeye people know shoes and can help you make an informed choice that's going to be good for your feet and won't leave you in pain. I've bought many a pair of shoes here but only just thought about leaving a review after another purchase. I won't go anywhere else.

Very knowledgeable and helpful! They found perfect running shoes for me. I would recommend going there if you are a runner and want the best shoes for your feet. They are also reasonably priced.

I am so thankful for the kindness and attention that was offered to my son when we were shopping for new shoes for him. The store was very busy, but each customer was treated with excellent customer service! Our family will be shopping at Buckeye Running Company for all of our running shoe needs in the future! Not just the best place to buy running shoes in the Cincinnati area, but in the whole state! We drive well over 2 hours just to buy our shoes here. We went to several other shoe stores prior to Buckeye Running, and none of them even came close to the level of customer service that Buckeye Running offers. This team genuinely gets to know their customers' needs, instead of just trying to push the newest model or brand. My wife was having issues with her shoes, and within minutes the team here got her into the right fit of shoe, and we have never gone to any other store since then.
