Service was fine. Upon picking up, was told car was not cleaned yet, but I was allowed to see if it was okay, and for my one day business trip it was fine. The problem came after returning it. I got a letter and a charge for $250 for cleaning of 'pet hair' which was ridiculous because none was present (even in its uncleaned state upon being given to me). Luckily the call to reverse the charge was easy, just took being on hold for 15 minutes while my case was looked at. That alone left a bad taste in my mouth and I will avoid renting here again at all costs.

If the vans I rented are anything like the reservation process via the phone, I'm already concerned! The phone reservation process was absolutely abysmal! I'm hoping it gets better from here!

Mrs. Aisha provides THE BEST customer service in the kindest way. She goes above and beyond for her customers & it is truly appreciated! HIGHLY recommend doing business with them as it’s our preferred rental location out of the entire country.

The car was fine. However, once we started driving, we saw the tire pressure was very low (23). We had to stop to fill up two of the tires. On the highway, it started raining. The windshield wipers did not work whatsoever. It was very scary. I pulled off immediately and had to find an auto parts shop to replace the wipers. When I dropped off my car and let them know, there was no concern. We did get reimbursed, but I feel these safety issues should have been checked before we took off.

Liked lots of things about our experience. 1st we all decided to pick up our car at noon and the manager did a great job moving the process along as she was the only one on the counter except a trainee she was helping. We did not like the first car offered and she patiently selected a different one for us. The experience was A1. I felt the price was far.

I can tell the owner didn't enjoy making the call, but 2 days out from an cross-country trip they changed my vehicle. Pay attention to the terms and conditions. Forcing someone into a larger vehicle isn't an upgrade.Traveling with an animal so that is problematic, and telling me two days in advance of the scheduled pick up time. Legally they avoid this being a bait and switch by calling it a reservation, implying they will take your money, and at will change your agreement.Don't book with Budget if any part of your trip needs to be specific.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! They called us less than 24 hours before our pick up time to tell us that the truck (Which we booked WELL in advance) was not available with their resolution being "Tough luck!". You have been warned.

Fast and easy pick up. I dropped the car off at CVG and there was no extra charge. Availability of vehicle could be limited.

Able to book a one way fast and easy, just have to pay the price for it!! Just under 3k miles in just under 2 weeks for just under $3k.

Not a good ride they gave me.Engine oil light was on the whole time.No shocks and alinement needed fixing.But I had GOD as my driver and he made us safe ?

I had to return first car I was given. (No choice given like your ad?) Second car had a dirty inside window that I had to stop and clean myself. Was not able to sync my iphone with the navigation? Took it to another Avis airport location but they could not fix it? Wound up holding my cell phone in my hand for directions. There was no cell phone holder. I had to stop my rental and take the car back early. Only for 3 days instead of 6.

I was in Ohio last week and booked a standard sedan. I rented from Airport but they did not have any sedans or small SUVs so they gave me a full size 7 seater SUV which they said I can change from any budget the next day. I had a long drive the other day and it was too big for me so I went to all nearby locations but none of them was able to help me. I called at this location and the lady was so kind to offer me help. She asked me to come and gave me assurance that she’d see what she can do rather than all other location in/ near Cincinnati asked me to just not to come and even denied helping. Thanks for the help and really appreciate it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had renting anything. Reserved a truck 2 days prior to pickup just to find out that they have no trucks when I drove 40 minutes to pick it up. Asked what location has trucks to rent and they showed no willingness to assist, they just told me to take a seat and they’d get to me later. Terrible customer service, unorganized rentals, and rude.

For starters I went online and made a reservation for the next day pick up in Fairfield. On my way to pick up my rental I received a phone call, the lady from the Fairfield location said" we don't have any vehicles to rent." ! I asked, " what am I supposed to do? I need a car to pick up my uncle!" She said call around and see if a different location has any thing available! Now mind you I am driving so I have to pull over and look up a different locations number. I found Westchester location, so I start going in that direction, they didn't have anything available either! So I call costumer service he looked around the area and said I needed to go to Mason Ohio! So I went to Mason and went to pick up my rental from there and the person at this location said he didn't see my reservation. Then proceeded to tell me that my reservation got cancelled and he didn't have anything available either! I went back to my car and called costumer service, they did what they did and gave me a reservation number and I took it into the guy in the office, he tells me that I went outside and just made this reservation and he just told me he didn't have anything! Well he did but the only thing was it was not cleaned yet! I needed a car so I told him I would take it! Okay, I bring the car back and wait for my bill to show up on my CC so my uncle can reimburse me for coming to pick him up and my bill is over 800 dollars. With a misc. Charge of 450.00! So I spend 1.5 hours on the phone with a representative and got a refund for the 450. I was looking for a good place to frequently rent a car from. ( Twice a month) I need one for Sunday of this week but don't know if I want to go through all of this to rent a car.
