Our son’s car had a flat at Great Wolf Lodge. My husband and son were able to remove the tire and take it to XPress Pro . The tire was back on the car and we were in Kings Island by noon. Husband says the service great😊

I got a lot of suspension work done here last summer. They were very thorough, communicative, educated me on all my options and gave me a fair price.
Today I came in for a simple tail-light assembly and Jake gave me excellent service. Great to know there is a place I can trust around here whether I need extensive body work or just a quick install.

Hello, I just got several repairs done at this shop today, 08/28/24 and when I was there I checked the muffler heat cover, which was hanging on muffler, supposed to be fixed, Tech mentioned I can get the car tomorrow to shop to check on It for possible fix. While driving the car to home, on the way I am noticing a huge rattle sound on the rear extension of the catalytic converter work they did, I called the office after 6 pm and could not leave a voice message. In the initial estimate 2 high beam head lights replacement quoted in the work I noticed only one done. I requested for transmission fluid flush and it was in the quote but I realized it was not done as I do not see it in paper work. I will be stopping tomorrow at 7.30 am to talk to you on this. The tire pressure also not set. Now I am getting a doubt, were all repairs really done? It seems you did not do a proper test drive to confirm repairs are done accurately. The total cost for the repairs was $2,600. Can store manager call me ASAP on this.

Excellent customer service from the time I walked in til the time I left. They explain everything that they did and what needs to be done. They're not pushy and try to get you the best price possible because they understand finances and I respect that.
Friendly staff that works their butts off. They were down one guy so only one was working on cars before I left. Job well done staff !

My family and I were passing through the area on a 14 hour road trip and my truck had a noise that sounded like a wheel bearing/groaning in the front end. I didn’t want to risk anything- called them on a Friday night at 5:40 and they picked up and said they’d help first thing in the morning on a Saturday morning. They diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and we were on the road by 10:15 and arrived safe and sound to our destination later that evening. All sounds gone and confident that they fixed the issue for good. Can’t thank them enough for taking care of our truck, but mainly the safety of our family. Thanks guys.

I drove down from Cleveland to enjoy some baseball against Cincinnati, and my one tire kept losing air pressure, so I had to act fast. They took in my car right away, suggested two new tires with quoted price but said they could find something more affordable, which they did. It felt like a team of guys working together, and the manager was especially personable to both me and his staff. Better yet, some couple from Canada had some sort of issue that needed immediate attention, and the husband seemed so impressed by their quick service that he left them a bag of candy. I was so fortunate to have ran into this shop during emergency circumstances.
