Austin is always polite, helpful, professional and just plain nice to be around. One of the TV’s were froze up and he persevered and got it moving again. My husband and I both feel he is an asset to Crunch.

The equipment is lacking. Feels like a knock off Planet Fitness. There’s no squatting/deadlifting platforms besides the scrawny rack machine in the back. The cliques ganging up around the few available benches are distasteful. The front desk employees are their own rowdy clique, but are often pleasant, for this reason they at least deserve a one star.

They have better machines than la or pf. Treadmills with personal a/c, leg machines that motion the seat/base with your rep progression to ensure isolation of target muscle. Good investment!
This place is as close as I've seen to the Gold's/Powerhouse's that all since closed. It really just has the spirit, focus, and fundamental amenities that are the spirit of a gym's gym. And that reflects with the customer base: a lot of good looking people here, a lot of young people who are serious about lifting. This is the type of place where everyone fits in who is there to work out, because it has what everyone needs for that without having pink equipment, a manicure parlor/lunch cafe, or whatever else that isn't core to a gym.
I'm glad my local la closed or i wouldn't have signed up.

For this location being in Mason, it's pretty run down. The equipment is constantly broken. I've been to other crunch facilities in this area. It makes me want to reconsider my membership at least to the Mason location. The staff is awesome though! That's the saving Grace but I still made look at another. Jim
