The staff seemed very nice BUT the pharmacy is a whole other story !! I have never had to deal w pharmacists that are so rude !!! I mean extremely rude even my doctor who had to call there was amazed I live right behind this cvs but I still transferred all my prescriptions elsewhere !!

Pharmacy closes for breaks with no notice. The workers will stare at you while you wait, and laugh, but they won’t help you.

The pharmacy is the absolute worst. There’s always a huge line not enough workers, and the service is extremely slow. Would avoid the pharmacy at all cost

They never have enough staff. The drive through isn’t ever open because of the lack of staff and it takes over an hour to pick up a prescription! Caremark owns CVS and requires that we use their pharmacy. Worst pharmacy and worst insurance! This is a monopoly! I didn’t think that was legal! Maineville is the worst location! I would give them a negative 5 if I could!

Called to straighten out a mix-up on a prescription caused between the doctor and CVS. Before the matter could be resolved, the store hung up on us. Very rude. Will will both change to another pharmacy.

This is the fifth time in a row have come to this location and they have not been open when it says they are open on either Google or now even on their own hours log. This is ridiculous You're a business either update your hours or find people who can actually work the required hours for your business to be open. I understand unforeseen circumstances happen but as consistently as it has been the past few months I doubt it.

They don’t even say Hi to you when you come
and if you ask for help they are so mean to answer even over the phone waiting for long time and then the close the line I have to change this pharmacy ASAP
