The lack of customer service. No cashier, customer has to self check out. No phone calls please, talk with the computer. Anything to make their customer to feel valued.
Shame on their business model.

Every time I come to this store to pick up a prescription I have to wait and wait. I don't know why they don't hire more people. They have to service both drive-thru and in store customers. they don't have the prescriptions ready when they are supposed to either.

Have always found the Pharmacists to be helpful in answering questions and getting authorizations for prescription refills. Also do a good job giving me my flu vaccine each year, less painful than other places I have been given vaccinations. Pharmacists know their stuff.

I received a text my prescriptions were ready for pickup. I waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes without one person acknowledging I was there. I went inside and waited at the counter for another 10 minutes before someone acknowledged I exist. This happens every time we have a prescription. HORRIFIC ORGANIZATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called CVS corporate months ago about the issue and was told the store manager would contact me within two days. Not surprised I never heard a word. We pulled our scripts and will NEVER use this CVS pharmacy again!!!!!

The first time I came to get my medication by the doctor but they told me they not order them yet and tell me come back next few day. And i come back and other lady told me that they are NOT order for me yet and they goons order for me again . 3rd time i come they said they don't have enough medicine it's supposed to be 60 but they have only 30. And this morning I come back again other lady said I have to call my doctor the answer some questions on the internet. I mean why they dont tell us before that but they kept tell us come back and come back for nothing
