“I am always amazed at the variety of products I find here. Most of the items I've purchased have been good quality products for their low prices. Their greeting cards such as birthday, anniversary, thank you, sympathy, etc. are my favorite items to purchase here. They have a huge assortment and are very good quality, some of them are from Hallmark. These cards were still $1.25 as of August 2026, unlike everything else which had increased from $1.25 to $1.50. They also have an assortment of helium ballons that they blow up at the check out counter. They were $1.25 the last time I purchased them. Occasionally, I've purchased a product expecting it to be the $1.50 price and it was a $3 to $5 product. Now, I make sure I know the price if it's not marked before purchasing. The entrance and exit doors are not self opening, at the Mason, Ohio store, and may present a problem if handicapped, etc. and can be hard to navigate when pushing a shopping cart through them. They always have plenty of available parking spaces, shopping carts and baskets. They accept credit, debit and gift cards and of course cash. I love the Dollar tree store and definitely recommend this store.”

“They are nice and unless you try to get cash back during your purchase and it seems like their stock is not always put away from where their trucks come to drop off their inventory, but friendly staff and courteous helpful when needed and vigilant.”

“This is by far the best Dollar Tree I have ever been to. The staff really work hard on being organized and cleaning up and are super friendly. The managers are amazing! If the store looks messy, it’s probably because the customers are sloppy and the children unruly. And if you can’t find help, there’s a very big chance they are understaffed!”

“This is advertised as one of the largest Dollar Trees and the biggest one in Ohio, however there is nothing different about it. Nothing different than any others.”

“Let me tell you a story about a guy that needed tortillas, deodorant, cat food, and a box of varring sizes of nails. Well as the story goes, he made a trip to this store. A welcome site in a world full of specialty stores, this had them all.”

“I’ve been shopping at this location since it first opened several years ago, and I have to say, the difference lately has been noticeable. The new General Manager, Melissa, is doing a fantastic job! This store gets a lot of traffic, so in the past it could sometimes feel a little messy, with shelves picked over or items out of stock. Recently, though, the store has been much cleaner, better stocked, and noticeably more organized. I interacted with Melissa the other day while she was stocking shelves, and she was incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. It’s refreshing to see a manager who is not only present on the floor but clearly takes pride in the store and the work she does. Melissa’s effort is definitely showing. Great job to her and the team, this location has really improved!”

“The cashier was really nice. She was really patient with me and her and another cashier that was there on her day off just shopping, taught me how to use the app! I highly recommend using the app it really user friendly, super easy to use the digital coupons and you WILL save alot of money. I was getting a box of tampons that was $3.50, I used the 2 dollar off digital coupon plus the save 50 cents sticker coupon on the box and got them for $1.25 after tax! I was happy :)”

1248 Columbus Ave Stes 15-19, Lebanon OH 45036
“I love this Dollar Tree! The store is neatly organized and always stocked. I see the associates working hard every time I go in to make sure the shelves are full. A woman, who I assume is the general manager, is always working along side her staff and acknowledges me every time I see her. Every time I try other Dollar Trees I expect them to be the same and am most times disappointed. This store is my go-to always!”

“First time at this location and it was nice enough that I didn’t feel like I had to hurry and get out. While shopping I heard some employees discussing how they’re striving for a higher rating, and I know people are quick to leave negative reviews so I figured I would contribute something positive after my experience! Staff was very friendly and the store was clean and organized.”

9525 Kenwood Rd STE 19, Cincinnati OH 45242
“Great store, very clean, and very cool employees . FYI, the reason why it’s not open is because they are having plumbing issues and apparently the company or the owner of the establishment are trying to figure something out. One day it smelled so bad in the store people were leaving. As someone who used to work in retail, when it comes to retail and companies like this no one cares to fix anything sometimes , it’s not the employees fault as I’m seeing other peoples reviews on here blaming employees so easily their just doing their job. Hopefully they’ll resolve the issue soon and open again.”
