I do not know what gives the store manager or store employee with the orange hair the right to give a customer complete and disgusting disrespect.
I love shopping at Dollar tree especially for holiday gift wrapping and gift bag needs in addition to skin care and makeup for nieces, etc. I asked a question about foot masks that went viral that I’m trying to find. And because I couldn’t find it in the store, I decided to go to the app, and the app was telling me that this particular Dollar tree had them in stock so I asked a question. Does anybody know where this is?
They told me where it should be and I let them know that it wasn’t there after scanning the entire area about three times, the store employee then said if it’s not out, we probably don’t have it. Then the store manager after I informed her that the app is just telling me that they have it in stock, she shrugs and says OK with a snarl.
What gives you the right to treat a customer? That way, I will never be shopping here again. I had a cart full of stuff. I was going to get so I walked around. I left it in an aisle and I walked out. I will take my business to a different dollar tree that treats me with respect and kindness.

Hands down this is the best Dollar tree in Cincinnati Ohio Matt had great customer service and the manager, Jen is a wonderful representative of leadership to this company! All Dollar trees should be like this one.

Dollar tree was clean and chill. Everything is super easy to find. The signs are easy to read and the things are organized well. The staff are friendly and chill. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something and want to get it an affordable price.
