Using a different renters insurance, but they keep reporting me to my apartment complex saying I have no insurance- it has happened 4 times in 2 years. I get charged by my apartments $50 for no insurance, which I have uploaded to ePremium several times. They also do not respond to my questions. SHADY

Trash and garbage company. Couldn't get me a hotel just gave me a number and said I had to wait. I have been waiting 5 hours and called back multiple times. Get other insurance for renters.

Impossible to ever load the info they want the first or even 2nd time. Only allows you to download one picture at a time for proof so you have to sign in numerous times. Very time consuming and frustrating
