“dr. gettys is great! you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. however, the front desk staff here are so extremely rude! overheard one of the ladies being very blatantly rude to a patient for not speaking fluent english. please teach your desk staff some manners!”

“My ENT and Endocrinologist are fabulous but gave 4 stars bc still need to check-in at kiosk or rep even though the MyChart app is fully completed hours before check-in. Other offices have QR code to scan app info but neither doctor seems to accept it. Not terrible but seems inefficient”
