This FedEx Office location has gone downhill. FedEx was built on PSP, take care of your People, who will provide great Service, which will lead to Profits. The lady at the counter who limps (don't know her name) is rude, discourteous and acts like she is a government postal worker (which is an insult to the nice postal workers at the Mason USPS). I can't believe FedEx continues to employ her. She's been there for several years. What happened to annual reviews at FedEx? Such a shame to a company that was known previously for great customer service. That lady at the counter must have a lot of issues. She shouldn't be customer facing. She should sort boxes at the hub or service center.

This location doesn't know what it's doing. They inconsistently pick and choose when they follow certain policy rules- the same package that I have shipped from this location monthly- all of a sudden it can't ship? use any other Fedex office location, their employees either never follow policies or aren't trained on it

Worst experience ever. Sent Christmas cards to Colombia on expedited delivery. For 10 cards I ended paying more than 200 dollars. Supposed to arrive 12/24 and I got a call from FedEx Colombia asking me for more money apparently Tax for merchandise import!! for 10 Christmas’s cards!!! Same process last year through UPS was faster and cheaper. No taxes at all. Tried to call and can’t pass Automatic Answering Service. FedEx complete disappointment!!

Nice branch, the location is very convenient and there are plenty of available parking as well as stor front 15 minutes parking spots. The only drawback is the slow speed if service due to the little number of personnel on location so plan to arrive earlier and give yourself some waiting margin.
