Do not trust Firestone's appointment times. They will not respect your time.
I made an appointment for a tire patch made several days in advance. The appointment was supposed to take 20 mins (as communicated by the technician). I arrived ~5 mins early to the appointment to be told that all services take 90 mins minimum and that they would not even be able to receive my vehicle for another 60 mins. I offered to go home and return at a later time (i.e., 55 mins from then), but that was not allowed. I left and drove to Tire Discounters (down the street) and they immediately solved the problem.

Called ahead to see if they could fix a flat tire while we waited at a specific time. Upon arrival, we check-in, and they took the car back within a few minutes and within 30 minutes we were finished and on our way. The tire was repaired at a reasonable cost.

These guys were great! Highly recommend this site. I was having issues with noise from my front end that was supposed to have been fixed at another location. He explained where the issue might be and showed me where it might be coming from. He gave me the steps they would take if needed and an estimate if a new part was needed.
Turns out that no parts were needed and lug nuts just needed to be tightened. JD and his crew found the issue and fixed it in less time than it took the other place to even look at the car!
Thanks again. I will definitely be back.

Great way to lose business! Do a bad brake inspection and then double the price when you come back and have to have it done ASAP. Took it elsewhere only to find the rear rotors are shot - 1 week after my great Firestone inspection. Never again.

Took a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee here that wouldn't start due to what ended up being in issue with the fuse box. They couldn't fix it, but didn't alert us that the car was unable to be driven when we were told to pick it up. They did make it right and discounted the work that was done. For normal repairs this place is probably fine.

10/10. JD and his team provided top-notch service and was able to get me back on the road when I was in a bind! The entire staff that i interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. They seem very knowledgeable. I would never question stopping back here again next time I need service!

All the managers i deal with are all helpful and professional. Sunday I had to be at my Granddaughters graduation and had to be there by a certain time and they promised me they would get it done and they did!
