This place is a terrible place to work, today was the final straw. If you are a black woman I DO NOT recommend working for this company." HR "( HEATHER ) will not be supportive when you are targeted by the white women which have been there 30 plus years. VERY SIMILAR TO A GANG ! HEATHER WILL CONSTANTLY REMIND YOU THAT SHE HAS A BLACK BOYFRIEND which automatically make her disrespect you as she did to me. They will bully you, they will remind you EVERYDAY that "they can get you fired" I was set up multiple times by Michelle which is the quality manager quality control Lab. She is the nastiest person i ever met in my life and i blame it on my color of my skin being that she wouldn't acknowledge me whenever she would see me and looked at me like trash. They will pick on you with Angie until you are fired. Angie is sooo unprofessional and nasty she discusses being high off of acid and describes how much she enjoys smoking weed i was mentally bullied by the staff at graham , this place has really traumatized me. THEY DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE AT ALL. i am currently seeking legal representation for discrimination. i have NEVER worked for a company like a graham and i really hope i never experience this again. plessxe keep looking this is not a opptunity for a black woman. im just being honest .

Graham Packaging Co is one of the worst companies I ever worked for in my entire career. Managers, supervisors, and team lead treat team members very poorly and unprofessionally. I don't recommend anyone to work in a place like this.

Scott who is in human resources do not know how to talk to people. I don't see how he got an position like that. This is the worst company ever. I actually came to work on my days everyday. They don't appreciate you. No bonuses no proper training. ROMAN is a great supervisor he deserves to be plant manager.. Iwat is also a good supervisor. ..

HR doesn't explain stuff to you well (like absences, time off) and training was horrible. Don't recommend working here, especially if you hate standing around all day watching product roll by.

My driver is there since 7am and not empty yet. Most of the time no one is at the facility. Not bringing loads here in future. !!!Also i called receiver they lied me 3 times about unloading my truck and last time i called they hang up on me.

Costumer and broker's never know the right weight and PU apptt just sending in truck's without any solid info about the loads,5H for loading and 70% of loads are double on weight which no one cares to pay for
