Got there as they opened so didn't do on line check in which excludes me from 5 dollar off my next cut. Since app doesn't allow online check in until store open 5 min I was already checked in via store stylist

Was just there, hair turned out great! I can't remember her name for the life of me unfortunately; But I believe she was relatively new. Was very thorough, and did a great job! Will come back again

Went in today for a haircut. There was a nice younger lady who greeted me. I am terrible with names, but she has cool hand tattoos. She cut my hair, and I gave her the creative freedom to do what's best. I am not someone to write a review unless someone makes me super angry normally. But she deserves 5 stars. Super rad. 10/10 job.

Horrible experience I suggest if someone comes in to your business asking for help a paying customer don’t embarrass and hurt the customers feelings just ether agree or disagree that’s all they need to hear okay thank you.

We showed them a picture, and asked for a fade on the sides and on the back and a trim that's 1 inch off the hair above the eyebrows. They ended up completely ruining my hair and the sides were very uneven. The left side is almost the exact same as before the hair appointment and the right side has no hair. They took too little off the front and she created a lot of split ends. This was the worst haircut experience ever and it was a total waste of $18 and my time. It is an even bigger disaster because I have a huge, important family event this weekend, and now my hair looks awful. Biggest disappointment. I really wan't to sue Great Clips.
