Paul Rogers goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable with your unit, and does that with a genuine joy for helping people. Already feel like I have a new friend. He also accommodated a change in units when there was a problem. He’s a great asset to the business, and makes it super easy to always want to use this location for storage in the future!

Tim the assistant manager was more than helpful. Very efficient and polite, even made sure we knew that he had tape/boxes etc. for sale that could help us move stuff.
