Visited here for a one night stay $610 for one night, not including what was spent for food. Nothing is included with the cost besides your room and the water park, which isn’t all that so therefore not worth the cost. All other activities offered such as arcades, golf, etc you have to pay for. No complimentary meals at all! You have to Pay for parking which is $15 a night. The room was spacious nice and clean but does not equate to $610 nor did the water park. The water park bathrooms are nasty and weren’t attended to. Keep in mind this is a place for kids so expect to hear loud running down the halls and thumping all the time. This is a cashless facility so I did like the convenience of having a wrist band I could scan to pay for things. Wasn’t a bad stay but I would never return paying all that money for a room and some basic water park!Rooms: Big and cleanFood & drinks: Not included, expensive. The breakfast buffet was nice $20 for adults $10 for kids. The pizza place was good wings were tasty .

We love it here. Definitely recommend the sip and savor package they offered, it was a great value. The kids always have the best time, and the staff here is great and always accommodating of anything you need.

There is no less than a dozen people on the floor above us that have been fighting and screaming for hours. Nothing is being done about it at all. Bad enough the police should be here. It’s 2:00 in the morning. Staff seems oblivious or unwilling to address the situation. Would not recommend coming here. So far, worst vacation spot I’ve ever been too.Would also like to note that there is no way to talk to a person when calling the numbers they give you. As well as this wrist band thing they have going on here. I thought it was pretty cool when it opened my room door. But that’s all it does. Doesn’t pay for anything by scanning as they say it does. It always comes up as an error. Not just mine, every single person I saw try to use it that way had the same outcome. Nothing.Been here for just over 12 hours and so far I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Can’t wait to see what kind of colossal douchbaggerie this place has in store for us today.GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR A FAMILY VACATION!!!

Went with 5 other people, and we stayed for 1 night. Check-in on day 1 was around 12 (I think), and check out was 10, but we didn't leave until 3. The room was clean, and none of us had any issues with it. There was plenty of room to sleep. We had the room with the loft, so there was 1 queen size bed upstairs, 2 downstairs, as well as a pull out couch. We also had a balcony, but we didn't use it because it's cold outside. The food is pretty decent. They have multiple restaurants, like a breakfast bar that's $16.99 per person (adults), a Dunkin Donuts, as well as their own restaurant that serves pizza and other foods. My friends bought a pizza, and it was pretty good. It was a little limp, but it may have been because they got extra cheese and not the fault of the cooks. They also have a store dedicated to just ice cream and some pastries/fudge, I got an ice cream sandwich, and it was nice. They don't skimp out either. They give you pretty good scoops. It's very busy later in the night, though, so if you want ice cream, it's better to go a little earlier in the day.We didn't really have a lot of interactions with staff, but the few we had were good. They were kind and helpful. At some point my friend got a bad cut and they gave him some disinfectant wipe, off brand Neosporin, and a band-aid, which is nice since they could have just given him a band aid and called it a day. Also, I ended up needing some menstrual products on the 2nd day, and the front desk provided me with them.Overall, we all had a fun time. Better suited towards young kids to tweens, I'd say ages 5-13, maybe? All of my friends and I are 17-20, so we were a bit out of place, but that's what we expected.Rooms: Clean and had plenty of beds for us all. Beds were comfortable. Pillows are a bit too plush for my liking but if you give it a good beating beforehand it works out fine. We also had a pull out couch.Nearby activities: Lots of slides, a wave pool, a lazy river (called the "crooked creek"), a children's wet play gym, and a small pool area for toddlers and young children (which we didn't go in, but was near the front of the park). Outside of the pool, there is also an arcade and the "Magi Quest" game for kids, but we didn't pay much attention to these. Some other activities that I noticed but didn't participate in were some shows for kids late at night (adults singing and dancing on a stage for them), weird animatronic singing, as well as mascot meetups and morning yoga. All of these were directed for young children, so of course I wasn't interested and didn't attend, but I thought I should mention anyway.Safety: We had no issues with safety. My friend ended up getting a bad cut after a slide (his plastic wrist band was the cause), and staff helped him disinfect and cover the wound with a band-aid at out request.Walkability: Everything is close together. There's only 4 floors and there's stairs and plenty of elevators. Floor 1 has the pool and some restaurants, floor 2 is the main entry and more food/the arcade, and 3/4 is all of the rooms.Food & drinks: It was tasty but expensive and has a high wait time later in the day.

Major updates needed. Feels dingy and outdated. Rooms smell and have carpet stains. We bought a room but opting to drive home instead. Kids had a fun day, nonetheless.

This was our first time at GWL. With the expensive prices, I was expecting more from the rooms. They’re outdated and could use some TLC. The waterpark was awesome and we loved never having to leave and having everything there on-site. Food was decent, especially the pizza.

Well my child was a little old for a lot of the experiences we had a great time. The food is good and they were thrilled when mac and cheese and chicken nuggets were on the breakfast buffet as well? the wolf ear headbands were free in the gift shop which was a wonderful touch. Enjoyed the adults only hot tub.Food & drinks: There is a bar in the pool area.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member during check in but after that, we encountered some rather complacent employees. As much as we paid for our three night stay, ($2900) you’d think SOMETHING would be included. At least start us out with enough wash cloths for seven people. I bought the food and drink package that was an additional $300. It didn’t pay for itself. It covered free drink refills, unlimited popcorn and a few discounts here and there. We ate elsewhere because the food was so expensive. It’s definitely kid friendly which is a pro and con. The pro is you can entertain your kids. But some parents leave their kids to roam the hallways and I jokingly told my husband I think the kids upstairs brought a trampoline! There were adults smoking weed out in the parking lot. The employees don’t really seem to know much about what the website says is covered and they aren’t much help. The water park is fun for the kids but we have one back home that is just as fun. The arcade and monster golf aren’t as big as it looks online. The bowling lanes are for little kids, not teens. Most everything is for little kids. My teens liked exploring the couple of shops. My 11 yr old enjoyed everything! The room was standard at best. Needs a little sprucing up. Paying for parking seems a bit much after already paying so much.

My family and I were so excited to stay at The Great Wolf Lodge. Come to find out nothing is clean. Everything from the room to the pool even the hallways are dingy and smell gross. We paid 1,300 for 2 days... Gross if you ask me to pay for something that's amped up to be "So fun" when it's gross. The men, women and children are not dressed appropriately. On top of that the wooden beam supports that holds the bar together is FILLED WITH DUST you cannot order a drink without drinking dust nonstop it's truly disgusting! At the bar my husband and I left cash tips and paid our tab with our card. The Wildwood Inn not only charged our card for drinks we did not order and did not drink, but they also added a tip on top of our tab THAT WE DID NOT SIGN OFF ON CAUSE WE PAID OUR TIP IN CASH YOU GUYS STOLE MONEY FROM US AND I AM DISPUTING CHARGES WITH MY BANK WITH SCREENSHOTS FOR PROOF THAT MY BILL WAS ADJUSTED FOR A TIP I DID NOT LEAVE! The nachos my husband and I ordered from the Wildwood Inn Grill was DISGUSTING! If you like cheap nachos with canned chicken by all means! I however felt it was truly disgusting! You pay all that money and expect real chicken no offense! On top of that! Management is terribly rude! We left early and will never be back! Hope y'all make this right cause even Disney would NEVER treat their guests with such disrespect and Disney cleans everything! Disney is the way to go NOT THE GREAT WOLF LODGE WE WILL NEVER BE BACK AND NONE OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS EITHER!If I could give this place NO STARS I WOULD!
