Hours: TriHealth Group Health is one of the largest multi-specialty medical groups in the region, providing a continuum of care for more than 200,000 patients each year. Since 1974, their growing staff of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other qualified medical professionals has provided care in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, and 18 specialties. Overall, the doctors at TriHealth are described as wonderful, kind, and compassionate, providing great medical care. Patients particularly praise their ENT and Endocrinologist as fabulous. However, some patients have noted inefficiencies in the check-in process, where they are required to check-in at a kiosk or representative even after completing the MyChart app, unlike other offices that accept a QR code scan. Unfortunately, one patient had a negative experience with the nursing staff, who were reported to be unprofessional, lacking in courtesy and professionalism, and even making inappropriate comments. This incident was particularly troubling, as the patient was a medical professional themselves. Despite this, the patient still appreciates their pediatrician and continues to use the practice.
