My daughter goes to the pediatrics here at the mason center and they are great. So I changed my obgyn to the mason center hoping for the same great care my daughter gets. In my experience so far with the obgyn with my pregnancy has been horrible. They don't seem to listen. They check the baby which is good but they don't seem to care about the patient carrying the child. I'm in a lot of pain constantly but because the child is okay they won't put me on restrictions for work so I'm okay.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. They do a great job of getting you in and out, and it is very clean and a nice place.

My ENT and Endocrinologist are fabulous but gave 4 stars bc still need to check-in at kiosk or rep even though the MyChart app is fully completed hours before check-in. Other offices have QR code to scan app info but neither doctor seems to accept it. Not terrible but seems inefficient

I have positive experiences with all of my doctors. If one doesn't meet your needs visit another one.

They just see kids for wellness visits and don’t take you in for any sickness appointments . Worst practice . Very rude front desk . They just keep pushing the visits to trihealth priority care . They don’t even see infants if they are sick . Would never recommend this practice to anyone .

The nursing staff was beyond unprofessional at my daughter's visit. We were not there because she was sick (med check visit) and was told she did not have to wear a mask if she didn't want to. We were then taken back and given less-than minimum courtesy and professionalism. The nurse intaking my daughter left her to find her own way back to the room, while another nurse said "It's fine, they can catch COVID. It's coming back so they can get it." loud enough for us to here but didn't have the guts to say to my face. She then proceeded to speak to another nurse as we passed by her saying "It's really up to the Dr. but we don't have to wait on them if we don't want to." It's good to know the nurses at GHA Mason will not serve you/your child if they don't deem you "worthy", your beliefs and values don't align with theirs, and that their Hippocratic Oath means nothing. As a medical professional myself, this unprofessional behavior is deplorable. The Dr served us without discrimination (giving us both a fist bump) and for that reason ONLY, did I not immediately pull both my daughters records of 17 years with this office. If the nurses at this office are that afraid then perhaps they are in the wrong industry. 3 stars only because I like our pediatrician. I'd give 1 star for the entire rest of the staff-front desk to nursing.

I moved to the area and chose this practice to establish a new PCP. I had an appointment made for three months, and the day before I am supposed to finally see the doctor, I receive a call at 7:30 in the morning and am told they actually don’t take my insurance. I explained that I obviously had checked before making the appointment and was told that my insurance was accepted. “Sometimes the staff doesn’t know which insurance certain locations do or don’t take.” Unbelievable.

My child was seen in the Mason, OH office of Dr. Evan Yeung. This was a primary care visit, but Tri-Health charged our insurance with an emergency room visit. The physician had been an emergency doctor but had switched to primary care before our visit. Tri-Health did not update the physician's networking with the insurance company as they should have done. We called Tri-Health's Billing Department on March 12, 2021, and spoke with a supervisor named Monica, who assured us this billing issue would be corrected, the networking issue would be corrected, and we would not be charged the incorrect amount of $50.On April 9, 2021, we received a "Final Warning" threatening to send us to collections if this bill is not paid. Tacked onto the charges is a fraudulent eye screening charge, dated 2/22/21, for our other child, who was seen for primary care in the amount of $15. This did not occur during my child's visit. On a call with a Patient Relations employee on April 12, we were told these issues were taken care of, our account was frozen in billing so we would not be charged, and the charges would be taken care of.On May 26, 2021, we received a call from a collections agency regarding this bill, that never should have been charged, but certainly should have been handled in March when we initially called Tri-Health.Each time we have called, the "billing supervisor" we speak with contradicts the last, and contradicts the people we have spoken with in Patient Relations. We have filed complaints with our insurance company and the Ohio Department of Insurance. It's a shame that there is no accountability with this company and its practices. Patient Relations says billing should have handled it but again, there's no accountability and nothing to make sure that actually happens.
