“Store is huge and has a great card selection. Stinks that I live about 45 mins away from it. I make it a point to drive out as often as I can though. I have yet to have a bad experience. Staff is cool and knowledgeable. Competitive pricing. Huge wall of cards on display. Usually I can find something here I need and can’t track down in my area. Just recently bought a Metalworker. Employee worked with me and gave me a solid price on it. Recommend this store.”

“Man oh man, you gotta go here! Every board game imaginable, every rules book for any table top game you've ever heard of and a million you haven't. Miniatures, miniatures, miniatures; by far the best selection of Games Workshop stuff I've ever seen. I'm already planning our next Cincinnati visit so I can stop by here on the way home.”

“I totally recommend this place! I went to a couple of other places first but I just wasn’t satisfied with their offerings. Queen City rare coin made me feel confident and comfortable selling my jewelry. The staff were kind, helped me through the process and they paid cash! If you are looking for place to sell your stuff, this is the spot!”

“I came into this shop with little to no knowledge of needlepoint. Heather sat down with me and gave me a 1x1 lesson, taught me, explained the threads, mesh sizes, and everything I’d need to know to get started. I truly felt so welcomed and supported visiting this shop. All the staff are so sweet and it is obvious they enjoy what they do. They have a passion for needlepoint and crafting. The building was so clean and organized, and in a great location. The canvas and thread selection was great. I will be back to add to my needlepoint projects!”

“I had a few interactions (phone and in person) with John over the past 2 days. Each interaction was professional and personable. He taught me several things about the items I was bringing in to sell. We believe that he offered us a very fair price. I would definitely do business with him again.”

“I was shopping at Michael’s last week and from the time I went in to the store until the time I left, I had a great customer service experience. I was greeted by Barb with a smile. You could really tell she enjoyed her job and helping people. I couldn’t find what I was looking for so I went back up to the front and she was more than happy to point me in the right direction. She was so sweet and gave me additional ideas for my project. I so appreciated her help and kindness. In a world where people don’t care and barely speak and rush you through, I truly felt that she cared about me as a person, not just a customer. Thank you, Barb for your wonderful service.”
