I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I was supposed to get a credit for the over payment on my tax filing. It’s been three months and after several phone calls and getting a run around , still no credit. I have never had any issues with H&r block before but this has definitely been the worst experience. Never again.

My review is contradictory to previous ones for Ellen (Tax Pro) at this location. Filed my tax and ITIN application with help of Tax Pro at this location. After not hearing anything for almost 14 weeks, I sent an email to Tax pro if there is any issue or anything which should be done from our side. Didn’t get any response from Tax Pro for 2 weeks for any of my 4 emails. Try to call location number and they said office is closed for the season and there is no backup for that.When contacted other H&R Block location and another Tax pro checked with IRS, found out that first Tax Pro filed my spouse’s ITIN application with invalid/expired COA id which resulted in my application rejection. IRS sent a notice to location/Tax Pro but they didn’t respond. After talking to new H&R block location, got to know different locations are not liable for ITIN application. Had to pay again. This resulted in another 8-12 weeks of wait for ITIN and then delay in my actual state and federal tax filing not to mention fees which I paid to this location or Tax Pro.Ended up wasting 8 months to be done with Tax filing last year.
